QUEST3 BUG REGRESSION RESIZE 2D SCREEN

Out of nowhere my Quest 3 stopped letting me resize 2D windows for off-platform apps (sideloaded/unknown sources). Examples affected: Microsoft 365, AnyDesk, Firefox. Windows are stuck at a fixed size and no resize handle appears on edges or corners. Because of this I can’t use remote-access or productivity tools in a readable size, which makes the headset useless for my use case.
