Quest3 not turning on?

Yesterday when i got home i picked up my headset from the charger to turn it on the led was green, but when i put it on the screen is full black. the led never came back after replunging it back in. I'm very confused it work perfectly fine before yesterday. i bought the quest 3 less then a year ago. I tried the trouble shooting like hold down the power for 20-30 seconds and the hold down power and volume down.

I don't know what to do and I'm worried.

    As it's less than a year your headset is still under warranty. Definitely sounds like a hardware issue. You should contact Meta Support through the app, it might need to be replaced or repaired. I hope you can get it fixed.
