Question about Meta Horizon Managed Services

Hello,

The company I work for has an app on Applab. Occasionally, some of our clients report stumbling on the Multiple Devices Can't Access This App at the Same Time error message when launching our app, and they'd get kicked out of it. I've since learned that this is due to having all or multiple headsets paired to the same Meta account.

I understand that if clients register with Horizon Managed Services, they can choose to set up the headsets in either Individual Mode or Shared Mode.

I have the following questions:

  1. If headsets are set up in Individual Mode, does this mean that each headset still requires a unique Meta account?
  2. If headsets are set up in Shared Mode, does this remove the need to create a separate Meta account for each headset, and they can all be managed with one account instead? Does this make it so that this error message no longer appears?
