Redeeming credit referrals isn't adding to my balance!

So I created another post about this but it looks like it has been near immediately deleted.  Maybe because I linked to a recording I made showing it?

In a nutshell, I have redeemed 6 headset referrals of £23 each, which should be £138 store credit, but only £115 was added (so 5 referrals)

All 6 referrals have been used up, it shows £138 claimed (meaning the full amount is reduced too from what I'm allowed to claim for the year), as per the pic below, and also the picture showing the balance.  This also re

Last year I and many others had the exact same issue, and someone had to manually add this, but it was worse then because a lot more were redeemed at once

As I was worried it may happen again, I decided to record the screen of me redeeming all 6 of the referral credits, and you can clearly see that £23 has gone missing.

Previously, someone on support did help my and credited the missing amounts, but I can't seem to find anywhere how to speak to someone now, the pages keep taking me in circles around FAQs etc
