Redirect loop in Quest Browser

Hey everyone, I’m kinda stuck here and hoping someone can help me out. My site works fine on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, but in Quest Browser it just gets caught in this endless redirect loop. It’s happening on my main page lewisestimating.com and I honestly have no idea why. I’ve checked all my HTTPS and redirect settings a million times and everything seems fine. Has anyone seen something like this in Quest before? I’m really lost here and would appreciate any tips or ideas.

  • Hi @JumboBurmese4321,

We see that you're stuck in a loop when using the browser in Quest and we want to help. We understand how frustrating this can be let's see how to resolve this so you can go back to the Metaverse.

We understand your website works fine in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Have you tried clearing the browser's cache?

If you haven't already, try restarting your headset; a simple restart of your Quest  can help fix issues and glitches:

    • With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button until you see the Power off screen.
    • Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.

If your headset is unresponsive or you're otherwise unable to restart your headset, you can do a force restart:

    • Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.
    •  Wait 30 seconds.
    • If your headset doesn't automatically turn back on, press the power button until your headset turns back on.

Next, ensure your headset's software is up to date. Open the universal menu > Settings > General > Software Update in your headset and install any available update. You can also use the software update tool.
