Referal not working

A friend gave me a referral link, which I accepted. I opened an account and set up my new Meta Quest 3S but nothing happened. I wrote to Meta twice but no reply.

I then reset my 3S to factory settings. Again clicked on the referral link which took me to the Meta website and I opened a new Meta account, linked the Quest 3S again but again, nothing happened.

What do I need to do to get me and my friend a referral 30 euro?
