referal validated and used but no add to cash

Hello, I just clicked the "Use" button to add the €60 referral bonus from Ryu Kansaki, but it hasn't been credited to my account. The referral is complete and even validated on my account. It's marked as used, but the credit hasn't been added. Please take the necessary steps.
