Referral credit not showing up

Hello, 

I just got my new quest 3 for my birthday 2 days ago.   Before I got it, I was sent a referral code for a $30 credit for the Meta store.  All of the criteria for the credit was met and I used the link I was given to sign up originally, but for some reason it is yet to come through and there is nothing on my account even referencing that it was added or directions on how to get the credit applied to my account.  I do not know if this is the correct place I should be going for help, but when I try to use the designated “support” tab it doesn’t allow me to get any type of support.  When I click that, it gives me an error message then I “return to homepage “ where it asks me to sign in again.  That doesn’t work and it leaves me in a useless circle. If anyone could help direct me on how to get my credit and/or how to contact support it would be greatly appreciated. 

byw, I am writing this and was trying everything with support and getting the referral credit thru my phones app.   I am not on my VR, but if that’s what I need to do instead of trying thru the phone just let me know and I will see if it works that way.
