Referral not working

My sister bought a headset, I sent her my referral code.  She used the link, created an account and it’s all registered on the app.  No referral is showing for either focus though, if I login to my account on the website it shows the referral claimed but no device activated.  The device is fully activated via the app, if she try’s to activate via the website instead of the app it then says she has no account registered to the email address she is using and won’t let her create one with tgat email address!

 

its absolutely ridiculous, making it so hard to claim the promotional credit over Christmas and no support we can contact or flag this with.

Has anyone had a similar experience or any idea how we can rectify it?

    It often takes a few days until a new registered headset appears on the help page and somehow I have the feel, it takes even longer around Christmas..... but that might be just my imagination.🙃
