Referrals were repeatedly not credited after being successfully redeemed in the app.

Hello everyone,

I have referred two friends in the last seven days. Their credit was duly credited to their accounts, and my referral was also shown as ‘active’ and ‘redeemable’ in the app. After redeeming, the respective credit was not credited to my wallet - twice. 😔

Is it just me, or is this a general problem? Of course, I haven't exceeded the referral limit for this year. According to Reddit, if you actually exceed the limit, you'll get an error message when you want to redeem that credit and not a confirmation that the credits have been credited (without them actually being credited).

I want to add: In November – before the doubled referral amount – I also made one Referral and did not have this problem. Everything was credited properly.
