Refferal not working

Girlfriend who already owns a quest 3 512gb model sent me a refferal link.

 

From November 27, 2025 to December 31, 2025, enjoy double the rewards with $60 Quest cash per headset.
Accepted

Bought BRAND NEW Quest 3s 512gb from Best Buy.

There was an issue accepting this referral. You may not be eligible because the country or region is not supported, you referred yourself, you already accepted this referral or you do not meet the age requirements for the program.

This was all done TODAY

What Gives?  I have the new headset, receipt and everything?
Located in the USA 

It doesn't say the offer is invalid if you previously owned a quest 2.

    Sorry, but that's not correct.

    I guess, you've missed reading the terms and conditions..... it's stated there.

    If you already own or owned a Quest, you are not eligible ....

    ........this happens to all of us who have more than one Quest.🙁
