removing devices from account

I have 2 devices on my account that I dont have anymore. How do I remove it? I already did factory reset, and returned the items.

    I finally got mine removed by going to https://secure.oculus.com and clicking devices on the left side of the page. from there, I hit delete device info. Removed the entire device listing from my account in one click and allowed me to enable app sharing on my new Quest 3.

    It worked for me by removing it from webportal like user NateDopp described. Than I just deleted all user data from Meta Quest app in Android app-settings, and after that I uninstalled and reinstalled Meta app. Now I only have 1 device shown in web and Android app. Dont know it works the same way for iOS though.

Jeez, still solution for this is ridiculous. I'm also having the same issue and read through this thread of canned solutions from the Metabots. No help at all.

    Hi MSMSCHF! We understand that you'd like to remove a device from your account. At this time, there's no way to remove a device from your account. The device will have to be registered to another account or a certain time has to have passed, and the device will automatically be removed from your account. We hope we were able to provide clarification!

      MetaQuestSupport, how long is the "certain time has to have passed"?  Like, what is the exact time frame?  Because mine has returned to Amazon over 2 years ago.  I've seen other users who've had devices they've returned 3 years ago still show.  So if it's not 2-3 years, when is it?

       

      If you know that "a certain time has to have passed", what is the certain time?  4 years?  10 years?  I'm just curious what timeframe we are looking at for it to be removed when "a certain time has passed".  I'm over 2 years myself of a device that was returned to Amazon.

        I have two oculus rifts on mine from over 5 years. So it’s def longer than that… I think it’s just a cheap response to make us stop asking for a while. But no true fix to this issue yet.
