Request Not Completed - No Support or Fix For OVER A YEAR

I get the following error when trying to make a purchase:

Request Not Completed
We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldnt be completed.
Please try again later, or visit our help center.

I am unable to make purchases. This has been going on for OVER A YEAR NOW!!
I reached out to support and have got no fix for this issue. I did just see another thread that the MetaStoreHelp profile requested them to msg and I just did that. Hopefully I get a response.

I hav $75 in quest cash on my account that I have not been able to use since the issue started, again, that was over a year ago.

I am unable to make purchases with the quest cash, or with debit cards, or even send the quest cash to a different profile.

This is absurd.

The issue started when I tried to purchase quest cash with a pre-paid visa gift card. The card was locked and visa had to send me a replacement. Visa asked what I tried to purchase and I told them. They said this was not the first time they had issues with Meta purchases. After that day I have been unable to make purchases or use any other quest cash I had on my account.

So I would not try to use pre loaded visa gift cards to make purchases for anyone that reads this. Meta knows all of these details but my account is still basically unusable. Whats the purpose in having the thing if I cannot make purchases.

I would like immediate assistance on this. My first time on the forum, hoping to get real support here.
