Hi! I'm pretty sure my account has gotten false security locked due to my account getting hacked in the past. I was able to restore it but for the last year I haven't been able to purchase a single game or things in games for last year. I really want to support my favorite games and unlock new items but I cannot PLEASE HELP.
When I purchase something on the store with quest cash or my card or any device or anything: Request Not Completed and something about my security
I had a similar issue as the form, my friends would gift me quest cash and I just bought loads of stuff. Do you think its an account lock or wallet lock. I couldn't find a email but It's been like this for 8 months and I play once every 2 weeks.
I don't know that for sure, but I think, it's an account lock.
Try using your headset more, according to the user, who wrote the article this "levels up your score".
To me it makes sense, it seems that none of the users here, who are using their headsets daily have ever any issues to buy games🤷♀️
