I had a similar issue as the form, my friends would gift me quest cash and I just bought loads of stuff. Do you think its an account lock or wallet lock. I couldn't find a email but It's been like this for 8 months and I play once every 2 weeks.
I don't know that for sure, but I think, it's an account lock.
Try using your headset more, according to the user, who wrote the article this "levels up your score".
To me it makes sense, it seems that none of the users here, who are using their headsets daily have ever any issues to buy games🤷♀️

I’m sorry I didn’t write on purpose that’s odd… I’ve made a ticket and they did a email also emailed about getting the wallet lock removed so if there is one that’s good. I’m gonna use worlds and games for 2 weeks then try it does that sound good?
