Reset

Hi all. As I haven't used my Oculus 2 for a while, it's logged me out. When I tried to log in again, the headset said it has sent a login code to my old email address. As I don't have access to it, I changed my details on Horizon, but the headset keeps sending codes to the old email. I don't want to factory reset as it will remove any apps I've bought. Also as I can't access the headset I can't check to see if the cloud has saved them!!..

Hopefully support will contact you here. If you had cloud backup switched on, they'll be likely backed up. Hope you get your code situation fixed.

You can look for your cloud backup on the web page if you can log in to your account. You don't need the headset for that.

About your code sent to the old email address reach out to support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE  ........they can help you to sort that.

As long as you use the same Meta account to set up your headset after the factory reset, you can simply re-download all your paid apps. The apps are associated with your Meta account.

Make sure your email address is up to date in Meta Account Center and delete the old email.
