Restricted from meta horizon worlds and meta cant find device associate with sn

Hay so just got a meta quest 3 on the weekend, i set it up and found out im banned from meta horizon worlds even tho iv never been in them before or had vr prior to buying the headset, i went to contact support about it but its not showing my device under my account and when I put the serial number in its saying cant find a device associate with it, the device shows up in the app but not under my account in meta website

    Are you banned or is Meta Horizon just not available in your country?

    There are only 25 supported countries.

    You don't have to worry about your missing device on the support page, normally it takes a few days for it to appear on the support page, but you should see it here.

      Im in australia, when I go to horizon profile it says im all good but yet I still cant access worlds for some reason as the app says im restricted "Due to several violations against our Conduct in VR Experiences policy, you can't access Meta Horizon Worlds." So idk whats going on, also on the oculus site it shows my device but not the meta site so idk whags the go but i cant find out how to contact support about fixing the issue with horizon worlds

      Also that link for support just takes me back to same page saying cant find device unde account
