restricted wallet

Hi, my wallet was restricted due to unusual activity on the 08/12/25. I have been sending messages to or from Meta Quest Support since then with no resolution. Meta are still investigating but nothing has worked so far. I am worried that I will have to set up another account and lose all the bundles and cosmetics I have bought on Gorilla Tag. This has been extremely frustrating as I can no longer buy shiny rocks that my friends can. Any help will be appreciated Thanks
