Sometimes using vpn can lead to this message. or maybe you are not in a supported country
A few days ago a user had that message.
He had to unlink his Facebook account from his Meta account to get rid of it - support told him to do that.
After that he was able to use worlds....... don't ask me about the logic behind this🤪
