So my wallet got restricted and the email that comes with it to tell you is that all you have to do is go in the latest version of the app and go to your wallet and verify your identity but I cant find anything that has you verify your identity so now it's just locked how can you unlock it

the only way I can think of to verify your identity with your wallet is adding a payment method.
You should reach out to support to see why your wallet got restricted and what you need to do.
