I read on internet about "get a free replace" for the CV1.
It is still available at this date? ...
I tried "help" section but the serial number is not longer working I guess..
and can not find a "contact" or "chat" button.....
If it is still available, how or what I can do?

I doubt that Meta still have Rift CV1 cable in store..... you probably have to search for a used one online.
But you can ask support.... maybe you are lucky😉

Yee I saw that post on Reddit, a comment mention "bubble chat" but I did not found it at anyplace on Meta websites.

RuiMelon it seems you can get in contact with them via whatsapp or message support or raise a ticket and include the link to the Reddit post.
