Rift s issues

Hello, i have had the rift s for some time but never really played much i wanted to play again but it keeps saying on the link app that DisplayPort is not connected i unplug and plug it back in sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t and when i lunch steam vr the vr headset just crashes
