Rift S stuck on 3 dots and sensors can't track headset

After the most recent update, my Rift S suddenly can't boot completely and is stuck on the 3 dots.  If I try to run the Device Setup again, it says the sensors can't track the headset. Things I have...

As noted in the original post, most of these had been done already.  Tried the remaining few, no changes.  PM sent.
