Right Controller Index trigger issue Quest 3

Question

Hi everyone, I need some help.Three weeks ago, my right trigger stopped selecting apps and items in the Meta OS menu. It still works in apps and games, but not in the main menu. I have to use the “A” button on my right controller or the trigger on my left controller to select anything in the menu.Since it works in apps and games, I’m thinking it might be a software issue.I’ve tried unpairing and re-pairing the controllers, and I also reset my Quest 3, but nothing helped.&nbsp;

Ok, I received my controller quite quickly, paired it, and the trigger works. I’m inclined to think it was a hardware issue. My controller had taken hits in the past during games, so it could be some internal hardware failure.

Strange. I have two solved threads where users had similar controller issues. In case you haven't seen them, here they are. Maybe the troubleshooting procedures there might help:

Edit: the other possible problem might be a loose magnet, which is used to detect when your finger "touches" the trigger:

You could probably test the magnet simply by "touching" the trigger and watching how your fingers react on your virtual hands and avatar.

Check under the Accessibility&gt;Mobility&gt;'Re-map controller', that you haven't accidentally remapped those buttons.

I will try 2 top solutions.I also ordered a new right controller, I will message here is it was a hardware issue
