Right Controller Repair
I sent my right controller in for replacement over a month ago and the support system still shows the replacement processing as of July 1 and arriving on July 3. It's almost August. Does anyone know how I can talk to a live person and get an update on this? If I knew it was going to take this long I would have simply spent the money on a new controller. I'm just going in circles through the support system at this point, and it's getting frustrating.
