RMA request

I'd like to request an RMA. I was unable to create a support ticket for reasons that I'm not going to explain here because I've already made the same post over and over again. Meta support told me to message them "privately" on this forum site but I don't know how to do that so I'm creating a discussion. 

 

The account that I'm using to create this discussion is the same account that contains my quest 3S. 

Meta, if you're able to, i'd like it if you could remove the support ticket created around february 2025. I created an RMA request but i never actually returned the product and the ticket is still open, and it's preventing me from creating a new ticket. if you were able to remove that ticket, i would probably be able to create a new one. thank you in advanced.

    Nobody in the forum community can do that for you. You need to contact Meta Support. You already have an open RMA request, so contact them through that 🤷‍♂️.

    I came across your comment where you helped someone resolve a similar issue related to Facebook Date of Birth correction. I’m facing the same problem. I’ve reached the limit for changing my DOB on Facebook, and because of this mismatch with my government ID, my Meta Business/Beneficiary account verification got rejected. Due to this, I’m unable to run ads and it’s affecting my business. If possible, could you please guide me on how you got this issue resolved or what steps worked in your case? I’d really appreciate your help.
