Says USC disabled

Hi. My son got a meta quest 3 in September. We also got the charging dock when we bought it. Tonight when he put it in the dock it wouldn’t charge the controllers or the mask. The mask is charging with the block just plugged into the wall, but not charging on the dock. Can anyone help? I don’t know enough about this thing to even know where to start.

    We came across your post and wanted to offer some assistance, when this message is appearing on the device is anything else included in the error message? Sometimes they can give information like if debris or liquid is detected. 

     

    Could you also please confirm if this is an official Meta product you are using to charge the Quest 3 or would it be a third party product? 

     

    Once we have a bit more information we will be happy to look into this further for you so your son can get back into The Metaverse with no charging worries.

  • It’s a meta charging dock as well. I purchased both at the same time. He said it doesn’t say anything else.
