We hear you're having some problems with a slightly lighter black screen, we'd be more than happy to take a look into this for you and help you get back into the Metaverse with your Quest 2!
Now, let's jump right into it shall we? Since you've already tried a factory reset as well as other steps, we have a few more things that might get your headset back up and running again, the first one being charging the device for up to 2 hours, to make sure that it has enough charge to power on.
Afterwards, please check the LED on your headset to see if it powers on.
If it does power on but still no display is seen, then removing unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot may be the key to resolve this issue (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.) as they can sometimes cause problems with the amount of power your headset receives. Should you not have any such accessories or the black screen is still appearing, then please get in touch with us privately, so that we can take a further look into this for you.
