Service today was terrible!

my quest three stopped tracking today. I called support and they insisted that it was my controllers. I had to persist for almost 2 hours to get any kind of resolution. I kept getting an error on screen that said it was looking for the room. I could not even access the menu, but yet he continued to insist that the controllers were the problem. In the end, I got them to take the controllers and the headset back but get this! I had to send all three in separate boxes each controller had to have their own box and the headset had to have its own box Instead of sending all three in the original box which would’ve been much more convenient and safer. I was thoroughly unimpressed with today’s interaction. 
all total I think I’m into this for six hours today. After doing my own troubleshooting then chatting with tech-support and then having to go and find boxes get everything packaged and get it to the drop location for FedEx half my day is erased
