Severe Audio Delay with Web Casting v81 and v83

Web Casting to any PC (tried 3), results in progressively worse delay in audio while video remains rock solid and clear.  Almost no delay in video, but audio can exceed over 7-10 seconds delay.

I've used this device almost daily for over a year and the web casting has always worked acceptably well. There's always been enough of an audio delay to be annoying, but never over ~1 second.

With the v81 update on December 6th, this audio delay started.

Yes, I've reset every piece of networking hardware with no change in issue.

Yes, I've reset the Quest 3, many times, with no change in issue.

I've since updated to v83.1034, and the issue persists.

With a delay this long, web casting is practically unusable.

    When casting games to PC, my audio lag is about 0.5s or less. Try reinstalling the Link drivers:

    C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-drivers\oculus-driver.exe

    Note that Meta is repackaging Link to remove references to "Oculus", so the folder and file names might be different for some users.
