I have tried everything sideload update 3 times factory reset 3 times etc etc Meta Quest 3 is stuck on the startup logo no sound no white lights have also tried forced boot several times is stuck on the startup logo sometimes the logo disappears and there is only a grey light in the lenses
The quest has also disconnected from the app it won't pair again
is there any way to fix this
Have you tried the ADB sideloading method shown here?
Yes i tried this but den i got no command and dead green figure laying on the side wid a yellow triangel then i took back to Meta software install and back to same problem stuck on the startup logo no sound no white lights sometimes the logo disappears and there is only a grey light in the lenses also disconnected from the app it won't pair again
You should probably RMA your headset if it is still under warranty.
