Something went wrong, unable to join now, try again later" Pop Up

I have one more quick question: after I leave the PTC, a small message always appears when I restart or turn off and on my glasses, saying "Something went wrong". 

Even restarting and a factory reset didn't help.

    Definitely a glitch there. Apart from the message, is the headset working normally?

    I was just thinking now, maybe there is a connection setting that is trying to connect to something that isn't there and might be bringing up the message?  Just a thought.
