sos Quest 2

my quest 2 turns on but when i enter the pass through i cannot go any further. There is no continue button, nothing is detected (boundary or controllers). my controllers have fresh batteries and 100% should work. No matter how long i hold the power button nothing happens. The screen keeps blinking. It began in RecRoom. as previously stated the power button doesnt work unless im turning it on and i cannot access my menu so i cannot fully reset the device, and it fails to bluetooh to my horizon app so i cannot do it from my phone. any ideas? thanks.
