Spending metacoins

I am still having issues buying meta coins ,having issue using my meta gift card, and having purchasing errors with the meta coins I have. This has been going on for about 1 month and they said it was fixed and still bot working. Why can't i use the coins I have already and why can't I buy apps  with my gift card! i need answers and solutions ASAP!! This just doesn't make any sense at all!! I am very frustrated and stressed out with all this nonsense! I have sent in all the required info including my drivers license so plesae dont reply asking for the info I have already sent unteen times!!!
