Start screen black Meta Quest 3

Hi all,

I own a MQ 3 since september 2025 and so far it's been working just fine. But last week, I couldn't start it since it was stuck with the Meta logo spinning (no sound) and the screen eventually turned gray and remains that way.

I tried to force the restart, went into boot device and tried the side update (which didn't work, my laptop was able to detect the MQ but could not proceed to the update).

None of that worked.

It eventually managed to switch on twice since then but in the middle of the game, it started to spin and went down saying it could no longer find its location within my space.

Then back to the same starting issue again.

Since it's not very old and I've been pretty cautious about its storage I am thinking refund or getting a new one from the original dealer.

Unless anyone from the community has experienced a similar issue and would be kind enouh to share their experience !
