I just tried my 3s igsantos74 and don't have it. Tried all the volume levels, low to high. Might be just a glitch, or possibly the game. Have you tried other games, maybe playing YouTube videos etc and see if it's on everything? If so try a reboot, it might fix it. Let's know how you get on. 👍

That's a pity. You could try a factory reset. I did it a while ago for a stuck update and it was an easy process. Just go into your headset and make sure you back up all your apps and games progress so they will be where you left them, and it's easy to restore them. You could contact support too but they will likely tell you to reset anyway. If that doesn't work you might need a replacement, though it is possible a software update can fix it.

I have the same problem. In fact, this is the 3rd Meta Quest 3s that I have and all o them with this glitch. It is a problem of the speaker, it doesn't make the popping sound with headphones. It only does with deep bass sound. You all can clearly ear it watching the Ballerina Trailer in YouTube, or during the battle music in Demeo.

Hey there Anonymous!
We hear you're having issue with your Quest 3S speakers, that's of course not ideal while enjoying virtual adventure, we'd love to help you out!
Now, lets see what we can do to get this problem fixed.
First up, could you please check in your apps/games 3 dot menu button in the Library and look in the Settings menu to make sure that you have turned on audio permissions and volume levels are set correctly
Secondly, please check the volume levels in your quick settings. Thirdly, we want to mention that when spatial audio is turned on, sound will adjust based on the in-headset experience (for example, placing the browser panel to your left makes sound come primarily from the left speaker).
Fourthly, if the issue is not resolved with this information, then please try restarting your headset.
Should that not solve the problem, then please reach out to us via private message where we can take a closer look into this with you. You can send us a message by selecting our name to get to our profile page, or by clicking here: https://metaque.st/CommunitySupport. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us! We hope this helped you out further and if you have anymore questions, then don't hesitate to let us know, we're here and happy to help!

Hi, I have the same problem, in fact we have 2 new 3s' that were bought from the same company (currys, uk) about 1 month apart (one bought online, the other in the shop so possibly not the same batch) and they both have the same problem. seems to me like its a loose connection but I could be wrong. has anyone had this problem solved as the original post is 3 months old now?
