Still waiting on headset

Hello, I sent my headset back a month and a half ago and it shows delivered March 16 and Grapevine, Texas. I have an advanced replacement in process way back in March and nothing‘s been done. I’ve sent emails back-and-forth and just keep getting told we’re working on it. I have no faith that that is the actual reality even though it might be somebody’s, I just want the replacement headset that I am owed because y’all put a hold on my credit card as well as I pay a monthly payment to Meta #Warranty plus please help thank you.

  • I bought a quest 3S in November 2024. I have had four refurbished replacements and I’m waiting on the fifth. It has been a month and a half since y’all received the return that I sent to Grapevine Texas whatever warehouse or what have you is there on March 16? I have proof of delivery showing it says back dock or something in Grapevine Texas. I’m assuming this is a meta facility. I want y’all to get on the ball and stop giving me the runaround. I’ve sent 30+ emails back-and-forth and all I’m getting is lip service. I’m tired of this crap how long am I just gonna have to wait and my subscription to Meta and my monthly payment to the Meta plus warranty be wasted by worthless customer service agents who can’t do their job. #WTActualF #MetaHides

    That's not good, but please keep it to one thread. You have opened two separate threads on it. This won't make any difference as there are only headset users here, nobody from Meta and multiples like this can be flagged as spam. steve_40 has a link that hopefully will help. It's not a nice experience so I do sympathise. Good luck!
