I have already stated in my first post that i cannot use factory reset or any other function aside from power off and device info, in case of factory reset it gives a submenu of confirmation and upon selecting yes screen goes black for a second and then im back at boot menu, other options such as "sideload update" or "boot device" do the same thing, upon activating them screen turns off for a sec and then im back to bootload menu
