Supervised child profile creation issue

I am unable to create a child account for supervision. I had issues creating an account for "Max" and it ended up creating 3 accounts for him. I requested to have the 2 duplicate accounts deleted, but now I'm unable to create accounts for my other 2 children aged 10 and 11. How can I get this restriction removed so that they can have a profile that will allow them to play on their own Quest 3s headsets? I hope I do not have to wait 30 days for the 2 duplicate profiles for "Max" to delete before I'm able to create new ones, since the hard limit for child accounts with supervision appears to be 5 profiles. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
