Support not available for new Meta Quest 3S

Bought a new Meta Quest 3S. All of a sudden it won't charge. I am trying to connect to support however I keep on getting a message that there is no support available for this product.

    Maybe try blip charging, before claiming your warranty.

    You might have to unplug/replug the charger every few seconds.... maybe for an hour.

    Using a power strip with a switch  makes the process easier, you just have to switch off/on.

    Read the first comment in the following thread..... it explains what and why it happens that the battery doesn't take any power.

    I have the exact same problem with my brand new meta quest 3 (bought 1 month ago). I've been looking around and it seems like a dead battery problem. I will be asking for a replacement product
