Support not available for this product !!
Hi, bought a new Quest 3s, linked with a connected horizon account. Couldn't claim the promo batman game so I tried support. Logged into my meta account and it says there are no devices associated with my account then tried with the "other option"
entered serial numbers (the one on the device) and got a "no support available for this product " which must be a mistake.
can't talk to an agent because there are no devices associated with my account, can't get around by identifying my device... I have spent 3 hours trying to find a way.
please help ! Willing to contribute however you want to help speed this up. Thank you
