Support please
Upon trying to get support I have been almost entirely walled out. The meta website tells me I don’t have a device registered to my account (I have a quest 3). I tried visiting the support page on said quest 3 the same message appeared. how this happens is beyond me and a baffling failure on metas part. I entered the serial number and still nothing I guess my quest doesn’t exist.
what started all this was I recently bought a quest 3 for the Batman game included and did not receive it if a real person could get in contact and help me sort this out it would be much appreciated.

ps the tag function is almost entirely broken this was like my 10th attempt and I somehow got lucky
