Suspended acc 500$ in games lost

Hey there meta I’ve ran into a little problem with my kids meta account. I am 50 years old and my 14 year old daughter has a oculus this oculus is under my email ( not this one I’ll explain later). A few months ago me and my daughter tried to play some games and could not due to my Facebook account being banned because they thought I was too young. I’ve never posted or done anything on that account other than shop so I don’t know how you guys game up with that concussion. Anyway every time I try to contact your support team they tell me to log into my meta account but i can’t because it’s banned. I’m not looking to get the account back just the money so I can’t buy the games again for my daughter. She is distraught that all her gorilla tag cosmetics are gone😭😭
