The latest update

I have been using my quest 3 for 18 months now, everything was great until I turned it on today.  from what i have been reading it looks like I received the new navigator interface. when I power up the headset all i see is the navigator interface. my controllers will not interact with the new interface. also I can see a mic icon floating on the screen. I have tried voice commands with no luck. as it stands my quest 3 is useless now.  PLEASE HELP ME.
