I have a problem with my Meta Quest 3. It has trouble booting correctly after a recent restart. The logo twirls for a bit and then there is just blackness. I already tried the Cold start, Factory reset and sideload update but nothing seems to help. I think there is something wrong with the firmware but I do not really want to try and apply a unoffical firmware hack.
Sadly I cant use the help function on this website either, because the serial number is not recognized and from there the help database just let me run around in circles (Sends me to database, I look for an article, click on the help link therin and are being transported back to the page were my serial number is not recognized.
No hotline and mail support leave me desperate for answers what I can do next....
Has anyone any idea how to proceed?

Probably you put in the wrong serial number. You need the number from the box, which is for the entire set - headset, left controller, right controller - not the number from the Quest itself.
