All of my workouts rely on this headset (this third headset now). What in the world is going on?
Yes, that's probably the problem. The issues you have are often caused by sweat going into the headset.

Thanks for those links. That is helpful and nice to see that I'm not the only one with an issue! Not great solution wise. I was sweating a ton the last time I used it so that makes a ton of sense. I had a new vented face plate so I thought that would help- apparently not. I let it go completely dead as suggested and it is now recharging. I'm going to see if there is anything else that I can do- but I guess I will be doing the warranty process again. Sigh!
