Tracking on meta quest 3S not working

This started happening a few days ago before my quest 3s

really couldn’t track anything. The screen would show a notification that the tracking wouldn’t work a few times while playing. But a few days later my tracking was all lost. If I only click something with my home menu it would only show up the notification that the tracking was lost. There’s a black screen too in the background if I turn on pass through and the screen would freeze sometimes. I’ve tried taking off my controller sleeves, unpairing then pairing my controllers, restarting it a few times and even factory resetting the headset.
