Trouble with confirming age.

My son used my VR headset to play Gorilla Tag while I was busy, and I didn’t realize it until I received an email asking me to verify my age. I thought it was strange, but I completed the verification anyway. Since then, I haven’t received any response. It’s been over a week now. I was confused about what was happening, so I contacted a friend who had experienced the same issue. They suggested that I redo the verification, so I did. It has now been four days since I resubmitted it. At this point, I’m really frustrated. Support hasn’t been helpful, I can’t find any useful information online, and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.
