Trying to connect headset only to receive an error

Hello!

Long story short I share a headset with my sister and we had to factory reset our headset because old controllers were broken and new ones had to be connected. She added her account right away as the main account and I am now trying to add my account back. When I click on my account it prompts me to "Use this code to connect your headset". I put in the code at the device connection website thingy and all I've gotten in "Something went wrong. An error occurred, please try again" and all I can do is click send another code and retry. I've tried turning the headset fully off and on again, resetting it, using the device connection codes on both my phone and my laptop, I've put in a connection code at least 15 different times and every time it's the error. My account is logged into the meta app on both my phone and laptop as well if that affects anything.

    Use the option to send an invite by email. Put in your email and open the link it sends you in a web browser.

    But even though the app said, "something went wrong", if you put on the headset, you might find that your profile has actually been added, anyway.
