Trying to contact Meta Support

 

I purchased a Meta Quest 3s recently

I am trying to get in contact with Meta support but I am stuck in the endless loop. The website is saying:

We couldn’t find any devices associated with this Meta account

And when I enter my serial number it says support is not available for this device. I am about ready to return the device because there is no way to get in touch with support. I even reached out on social media and have gotten no response. Is there any other way to contact support without being stuck in the endless loop and yes I have registered my device with my account and have even made purchases on it.

  • Yeah that's classic user experience today, we live in matrix. I am sorry u have issues.I cannot even login to forums from normal browser as i was logged into meta.ai from another account, even after clearing cache won't let me log fro mthis account, have to go incognito. Life is only problems my friend, you are infinite consciousness know this! Don't fear my brother!

  • You can contact support by email, whatsapp or chat here.

    To find your devices, check here, here and here. If you didn't buy your headset directly from the Meta Store, one or two of those links won't show your device.

    Maybe you are using the wrong serial number?  You'll need the one from the box, not from the headst itself itself.

    If you don't have the box anymore.... the number can be found here

    After the registration it might take a few days for your Quest to appear on the help pages.

    But even if it is not shown up yet...... you can always contact support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE
